So is there any way to make the followers force greet you in the latest version of the game? All other functions work fine, they just won't ask to tie you up. Shame that feature happens to be the whole reason I liked this mod.

Of course that, after days if it being broken, I fiddle with load orders and reset the mod and check the lover option and bam. I get harassed by the giantess with no sense of mercy.

It now triggers, buggy as it is, but it does trigger.

So, I figured out the issue. The secret is that the mod is really, really inefficient. I think it tries to equip everything once. By bug or choice. And it takes FOREVER if you have a lot of gear.

After it breaking repeatedly, I noticed that cancelling the session while still equipping makes it attach and de-attach gear to you. It stops the events but will NOT stop any events running and they stack.

After dumping most of my gear and letting only about 30 items in my inventory, I managed to reset the mod and it started working. After it said "debug event on" and until the equipping ended, the camera started to rotate, idle animation. So, 2 mins. If you move, do things, etc, it takes longer. And the "bound" timer starts once it's done, so, it's possible to stall it to the point where it starts another event over the previous one, fighting itself in equips.

If you have a lot of gear, it simply doesn't work right. Equip scripts run for hours.

So:

- So not have much gear.

- If initiated, stand still. Be patient. Usually you can't move anyway, but if you do, don't run too far and do NOT go through load doors.

- Let it run. If debug messages are on, it will stop doing its equip thing when it takes away your keys.

- it THEN starts to count. You can run around if you wish.

- eventually, timer runs out. Enter dialogue (at least once for me). Choose to be freed.

After this, the scheduler works correctly.

Other bugs I noticed.

This mod is oldish, so it seems to only recognize older homes. Don't ask me why. It will NOT recognize some player homes as homes and even some inns. Once I set all the options to ON, it approached me in the field. Usually towns.

It has a "not now" dialogue. Once triggered, it will loop "delayed cycle". No idea how long. Reset the mod via MCM.

If it's weird, reset it via MCM, then make sure:

- The NPC is marked as helper. This might be checked. Uncheck and check.

- The location might not be suitable.

- If both are on, reset mod and force tie.

- It should tie after initiating dialogue.

- Complete the current loop.

- See the message being scheduled.

- Be in a recognized-ok area and they will initiate. Sometimes it lets you enjoy yourself, it usually ambushes me when I go through doors. Or when waking into them.

Yes. Bit iffy.

If you see the counters WAY into negative, reset.

If debug says "devious look", go to an area the checkbox says is fine, make sure the follower is fine and walk into them or go through doors.

Refusing does it weird. Unless bondage lover, and refusing does nothing.

----------

It is a great little mod. Too bad it took me ages to figure it takes >1s to equip an item and it tries everything. Debug says "26 items to unequip". I didn't know I had that many slots. Just be patient. Imagine your companion is rummaging around for items.

There's other mods that fill you with gear 2 seconds flat. Maybe an updated equip method exists?

Is the playtime working for you? For me it always gets stuck and won't sink or trigger in a save location.

Playtime works, but it's not how you think it does.

Once it expires, it starts to search for conditions to execute. That is, location, suitable companion, etc. Big negative time, in my experience, just means you aren't meeting the conditions. In my case, removing and re-adding the companion and going to a known good location helps. Lakeview Manor has had the highest hit rate for me, because it is a player home, safe and I go through doors. Bloodchill Cavern, for example, while still having a transition, is outside > in meaning it triggers more rarely and when it does it's always outside (conditions are met inside, home+transition) but triggers outside. In the cold. Goldenhills plantations is also conducive.

I usually try it in the player city houses. Those are so old the mod must know them.

I had a negative time while I had manually triggered playtime via dialogue with a housecarl. That was weird.

I am still on LE but I don't think the mod was changed, just ported. So maybe I could get some help here.

I have a few suggestions for the mod. First, it would be fun if there was a dialogue option to ask your companion to add restraints when you're not relaxing, instead of just removing them. Second, It would be cool if your companion asked if you wanted to add sex to your relaxing time.

Hey All, quick question - does anybody have the previous version? I need it for a modlist on Wabbajack and can't find it anywhere. This is the file name:

DD_Helpers_1_04_8.7z

Thanks!

Ask whoever made the Wabbajack list to update it...

Hi gang, mine is a sad sad tale.  I had a perfectly working, very devious installation of Skyrim complete with DD Helpers 1.0.4.9 which was keeping  my poor protagonist on her toes - up until that computer just decided it was done and that was that.  So, new computer, new install, new modlist - because of course I didn't have a copy and even if I did it was old enough that more than a few things aren't around any more.  There was some trial and error but it's finally working, and then there was that glorious warning:

"You notice that Lydia has a devious look"

And nothing.  What's worse from that point on every time I try to talk to her I get "It's a fine day with you around" or some other generic response, but no menu.

I've disabled DD Helpers, reloaded.  stood there for a minute or two and saved, then re-enabled it and tried chatting with her, but nothing.  I tried uninstalling and re-installing.  Same.   I do get the E interaction menu with Lydia when DD Helper is disabled or uninstalled, but as soon as it's there, the problem is back.

I even dug up the old version and tried that.  I do get a E menu when I talk to Lydia but no DD Helper interaction, in fact I don't think the menu even shoed up in MCM - there's been a lot of trial and error.

Tell me someone else has run into this and the solution is super easy...  Please?
