HDT UNP Mesh problem with animations

Ok so I'm not quite sure why this is happening but I've look up and down through this forum and nothing has worked for me

 

as I said in the title im using HDT UNP physics and the XP32 skeleton

 

Added a pic of the mods im using if anyone could help that'd be great

Your load order is a train wreck, and XPMSE should be at the absolute bottom.

Also remove "Quick Start" mod, it's broken. "The Alternate Start - Live Another Life" is perhaps the only stable, more popular and customizable alternative.
