Custom Bodies?

Okay, I think I can consider myself a green modder.  I can follow most mod builds, I have a basic understanding of most of the core utility mods, SSEdit, CK, Bodyslide.  A question to the community, especially concerning the how to's regarding the use of different body mods.

I have setup my custom drow race (Zazimel's) to work with Touched by Dibella, to restate, the custom race is using the custom body of TBD, as well I've run Bodyslide for outfits that I put the meshes into the same custom race folder.  Now, I would like the rest of skyrim females to use CBBE bodies, as well outfits for CBBE only.

Now the question regarding outfits.  How do I prevent any NPCs or followers not using a TBD body from using those outfits?  Or for instance the same outfit mod, for example Tera Armors, having a CBBE and a TBD set.  An using the according sets for the according bodytypes?  OR, if that is more trouble than it's worth to setup.  How can I use the TBD body type as a CBBE?  (I really like the muscle map an overall detail)

armor addon ironarmorbodyx, given to armor ironarmor, available only to race body x

if that's too easy, you give race active effect let's_do_stuff_the_complicated_way to the race

effect come with a script with onitemequipped()

you have generated body x nif in ...\bodyx\ironarmor.nif

you take the armor addon nif path, and replace it with "..." + "\bodyx" +"\ironarmor.nif"

if that's still too easy, put body x iron armor in a tri, and give that tri to iron armor how headrace.tri is given to femalehead.tri (not worth it for just one morph)

Okay, first thank you for reply.  I appreciate conversation in this as it is an will be new to me.

It does sound easy an usually is when someone has done it repeatedly for any length of time but I'm not sure I am following correctly.  Which utility asset do I make those changes in?  SSEdit?  Outfit Studio?  Also which nif do I edit, since there is _0 and _1, or am I looking for a single weight nif?

I did say I was green to these kinds of workings. :) I can convert outfits from one body to the next an edit/remove vertices, make alterations an the like for reshaping or mashup.  But I simply just convert batchbuild an put in an output folder to overwrite originals.

So if I read the basics of what you're conveying.  I could theoretically make for example, leatherboots01 x 3.  Each set being edited for specific body type?  That way when leatherboots01 shows up as loot, or crafted, it would use the correct body type match?  Or would there be 3 sets of same leatherboot01 in game one that works only for specific body?
