Constant CTD Issue

Can anyone help me fix my Skyrim? I'm constantly getting CTD when I try to leave a town or fast travel and sometimes even when I load my save I've run loot many times with no issues appearing and reinstalled Skyrim and the mods multiple times but I can't seem to find the issue. My only guess is its a load order issue that loot is not picking up. If anyone could take a look at my load order and see if there is an issue there I would really appreciate it. https://pastebin.com/sbux0vAP

plugin above master you ctd before getting to main menu

putting plugins under their master, that's what loot do

it do nothing about tbbp armor without tbbp skeleton, empty leveled list, navmesh conflict, broken behaviors, dialogs load on npc that aren't there, or whatever ctd you have

and nothing can fix that for you

I would assume its a memory problem rather than a Load Order conflict. Does the game also crash randomly while running around skyrim for prolonged times(>30 mins)

Make sure you have the ENBoost installed, maybe cut down on all those Hairmods and SMIM.

You are using an old version of MoreNastyCritters. I know that because your load order contains SexLab Nude Creatures which is notorious for causing this issue. Load the current version and read the release notes related to horse cocks to avoid a different type of CTD.
