Got error after installing mods

Hi i just started to mod fallout NV and when ever i start the game up modded it comes out crushed text and on new game greenish screen that does nothing and mcm error
I attached an image of it
Any ideas why these errors are happening or possible fix

Could you post your load and (if possible) installation order?

 

Also I think MCM needs to be reinstalled, as it says.

And what tool have you used for installing your mods.

Im currently editing it to try find the issued mod but this latest one after reinstall:

using NMM/vortex (what NMM changed to)
and im trying to copy 

to get an idea on what to add/remove

hmm now i disabled and enabled the list it now black screen and basic errors of missing one the core mods

going to update it and try again  ill update after

 

Update : it atleast now boots after readding NVSE although mcm gives permission error now but that apparently common fix

Have you installed Fallout New Vegas in the 'Program Files' folder?

 

If so, you should move the installation, because Windows is stupid in protecting files (making them read only) in 'Program Files'
