Is there a mod that allows to give it as a trait? I thought it was something you can only enable through WW in an overall sense as applicable to all your sims and then you pick and choose which ones interact that way. Is there a way to apply it as a trait to a specific sim only? WW already took care of things for me, but now that this person asked, I'm curious too...

Woohoo as in the base game woohoo or wickedwhims incest?

 

As Procian said, applying the reward traits to family members of your choice will allow sex interactions between them. Keep in mind though, by default, the relationship rules still apply unless you changed these. Meaning you have to unlock the "Romance" interactions so you can build up a relationship with said family members before attempting to ask for sex. 

 

By default settings:

1) Both family members MUST have the incest trait in order unlock the "Romance" options.
2) Both family members MUST be in the right mood -- ONLY for the very first time. For example: (Based on latest tests and going off memory) 

  a) If both members are "Happy", it will take atleast 50 romance relationship points before they will both accept it.

  b) If both members are "very flirty" it will only take 25 points. 

3) After the first time having sex, it won't matter (it's a bug, don't worry about it. Accept/decline sex It will still add/subtract to the romance: +5 for accepts and -3 for denies.

The reward trait is essentially what this is WITHOUT taking up a sims trait slot. 

 

In WW there are basically two options:

Option 1) The global incest option via Relationship settings>> Cheats>>Global Incest Swicth

Option 2) The reward trait named "Incest trait"

 

Option 1 gives every sim in your entire world the ability to have sexual interactions with each other.

Option 2 gives YOU the option to pick and choose WHICH family members can and cannot have sexual interactions with each other.
