I have uploaded two files where you can see what mods i'm using and what load order its in. If you have any suggestions to what might cause the ctd please respond. When i remove the fnis animations i can play the game but the animations dont work (obviously) but when i enable the fnis animations my game crashes wile loading a save or starting another game.  So i guess there must be some animations issues but i don't know which it could be.

First you should do some reading on how to mod Skyrim. Second, you should read the description pages of the mods you install. Third you should learn how to post your load order here in the forum.

Rather than removing all your animations in one go, why not remove them one at a time and see if or when the game will run?

Have you run LOOT on your load order?

How many animations does FNIS say you have?

dD - Realistic Ragdoll Force - High.esp
dD - Realistic Ragdoll Force - Medium.esp
dD - Realistic Ragdoll Force - Realistic.esp
dD - Realistic Ragdoll Force - Reduced.esp

You are supposed to choose one of these. As you are using XPMSE skeleton you don't actually need any.

Bijin AIO.esp
Bijin Warmaidens.esp
Bijin Wives.esp
Bijin NPCs.esp

Using the AiO means you don't need the other 3 esps.

And about a dozen other things.

you took the time to bother looking at the load order?

ctd starting new game, no ctd starting new game without fnis?

bet he didn't bother reading fnis error wrong skeleton or whatever, and when he try it in game, ctd

and it's not a ctd without fnis, because it's fine to have wrong skeleton when there's no animation to use it

What the fuck are you talking about?

The OP said 'fnis animations' not FNIS.

you need fnis.esp for those .hkx to be load? nope

just didn't bother guessing if he load the game without the .hkx by unchecking fnis folder in mo, uninstalling fnis, putting animation bsa in overwrite, or whatever

with x ctd, without x no ctd, problem is x, so looking at y, z or whatever, useless

I never mentioned FNIS in my original post. If he has too many animations his game will CTD. If he unchecks/deactivates all his animation packs then the game loads.

The load order is a mess from top to bottom and has all the hallmarks of someone who needs to do a lot of reading. RRF and Bijin were used as examples of the problems in the load order not as causes of the CTDs.

there's nothing good that tell what to do and what to not do

To remove errors in the Bethesda master files, it is recommended they be cleaned with xEdit before modding begins. This ensures maximum stability and compatibility within the modding experience.

check for integrity in steam will undo whatever you did to those esm by redownloading the original

step recommend that as child replacer^^

"STEP tries to stay as close to vanilla Skyrim as possible"

why bother installing mods then...

I admit I didn't read the modlist or plugins but the crash definitely sounds like too many animations ... my sse maxes at roughly 12500 anims and le even less. If he has too many plugins that call to and add anims it will ctd regardless of running fnis or not. And not all mods specify that they may add/edit anims to it. Example.. trying to load all the anims available to sexlab, flowergirls se, and osa alone will cause a ctd on new and saved games. Some race mods also edit anims to use with the pc, the skyrim engine reads anim counts differently than slal does too. Each sl anim is a sequence of anims that count towards the skyrim limit.
