fnis FNIS T pose, all NPC`s

so i just recently got into the modding scene and i just gotten around to this wonderfully depraved area of modding but i've got an issue regarding FNIS (as you can see from the title). im in need of a little help as i have no idea what to look for in order to fix it, im not running FNIS from my mod manager (vortex) but from F:\Steam\steamapps\common\Skyrim\Data\tools\GenerateFNIS_for_Users . (F: is my portable hard-drive that has steam on it), thinking i might need to reload a mod but idk

managed to fix 1 of the issues as JContainers wasnt loaded

I#d think you've installed the SE files of these mods, they are NOT compatible. Or the other way around, if you're using SE.

yeah, JContainers was an SE file but the problem was before i got it. got the right JContainers file now

okay it was JContainers and swapping the mod organizer over from Vortex to NMM. now i just need the animations to run smothly and ill be all good

these errors seem easy to solve just by reinstalling the mod, but if you create a new one it just works without needing it (at least my game didn't crash)
then I went back to my mod organizer and vortex and deactivated the mods I recently installed ... it didn't work, soon after I activated all the mods and confusedly everything went back to normal
