Expressions in Sexlab animations can be enabled when you access the MCM menu, just click on the "Animation Settings" tab, and there are various options you can check and/or uncheck. Also, you can create your own custom expressions to be played, with their own intensity/stages etc (I have not tried the feature yet, so I cannot be more specific, I know you have to input the values you want and export something, but I might be wrong). The expressions in the video are most likely custom ones, but you can recreate them if you know how

the more pressing question is why you're watching videos on a site with a credential scraper in plain sight and very obvious redirect from xvideos.

I don't think there's a tutorial, I could be wrong.

SexLab comes with expressions, if you've installed SL then the feature for them is already there and the option to turn them and Edit them are in the MCM.
