NPC Replacer that covers most NPCs?

I haven't played skyrim in a while and I'm trying to find a good NPC replacer that cover most if not all NPCs in the game (including bandits). What are some good options? I don't care if the NPCs look "too cute" or "animeish" I just don't want to see ugly vanilla faces anymore.

page 53 second entry, its a combo of sogs, jh skyrim and others

he didn't add or modify race , just replace head and hair and use yoour texture

Do I need all of those mods for it to work? The JH/Sogs mod looks interesting, but I don't think I want the other ones

no you do not, you can use sogs and jh if that is all you want
