I entered LAL, loaded SexLab, tried to start an animation via the SexLab menu with the NPC I spawned in, and exited when I saw it wasn't working. I've bolded where SexLab finished installing, and where I believe the animation process starts, just so it's a little easier to navigate. I have tried using the SexLab cleaning/refreshing/rebuilding utilities, but nothing seems to have changed. Your log not show any critical error. We return to the start. I thinking in a problem with FNIS. Say us what manager are you ussing, NMM, MO, MO2, Vortex... My only explanation is that you are ussing MO and you have selected a mod with "fnis data" that have incorrect files that not exist in the new FNIS generation. More clear: Spoiler I have the mods FNIS DATA and FNIS_OUT enabled and i make another generation that send some FNIS files to the overwrite. As you can see, MO say me in the data explorer that are getting one hkx file from FNIS_OUT and the rest from overwrite. If one of the files inside FNIS DATA or inside FNIS_OUT must not be here, because is related to an old generation, MO make a mix with all the files from FNIS DATA + FNIS_OUT + overwrite. Maybe, one of the old files are giving problems to the animation. Delete all yours FNIS, clear your overwrite, generate FNIS again and test in game. Your exact problem is caused because the game find the normal animations for walk, jump, run, attack... and you not have the normal T-pose. But when sexlab launch the animation the game can not find that animation inside the behaviors files. More exactly, SexLab and SLAL register all their animations ussing their json files but that animations not exist inside the behavior files. That happend to me when i remove animations, run FNIS but not regenerate the sexlab registry. And that is, surelly, a problem in the FNIS generation.
