Issue with item slot 52 disappearing

I have read a few places on potential fixes but nothing has worked for me.  I have devious devices and most other DD mods and this seems to start or gets affected by the diaper secure mod.  What happens is if I am wearing a locked diaper after a while something happens and the diaper will just disappear.  Still in my inventory and shown as equipped.  I try to re equip the tag line for locking it on comes up I lock it on then its shows on my character then disappears.  The real problem is now if I try to equip anything that uses slot 52 it also disappears but now the item is lost from my inventory.  Any help would be appreciated.

What you appear to have going on is a conflict for the slot 52 position. If you go to the DD support threads they can explain how to use the DD McMenu in order to choose which item in which mods "show up" over other items. In fact, if you just look through the thread you will likely find the solution yourself.

Depending on which mod setup you have it could also be sos, as that adds slot 52 to most slot 32 armors, though why they would vanish from your inventory is another matter entirely as it would normally just show as being equipped but not showing, either that or unequip, though it could be something else which is in effect dropping such items but I would expect that to be pretty obvious with them cluttering the ground around you.
