Is there a positional placement for their chair or desk (place here in Build mode to allow animation to occur) ???

(Therefore, magic animation will not appear in the list if you don't have the Realm of magic, as it'll not be able to find required books in game) And animations on the desk can work without a chair, but I make animations taking into account the presence of a chair, so it's better to have it there.

It seems some of your kink may be a bit of "behind the back" naughtiness. You asked for ideas that might fall into the style you've been making....I love teasing animations which is what you're seeming to want to focus on. Some animations I would love to see is extension of some relatively recent kinks seen on pornHub where the two participants are doing something right behind the back or in same room as a third person (usually the real person in the relationship) having no idea they other two are engaged in activity right under their nose. How bout: 1) two people (a couple) at the table sitting across from one another, and a third hiding under the table playing with one of them while they have to pretend to be normal. 2) person sitting on couch watching tv, and female leaving over the back of the couch watching TV with them; but the third having snuck up behind the woman making her try to act normal. 3) woman blindfolded being pleasured by partner. Partner then moves aside and new guy come in for intercourse - she's unaware he changed places. 4) Two guys on couch. One woman cowgirl on each. They the girls swap places. A twist on this is blindfolds on guys until they swap then take them off to reveal the partners swapped.

I think I've already seen several similar animations from someone local animator (like your 1st suggestion, for example), but I need to check it out. About (1) - I had an idea to do this with a round table so that you can add more actors. Also I need to think over the context for this. 4 - don't know about this, seems difficult to make ?
