Somethings are fixed, but... ENB problem?

For the first time in a couple of years, I have Skyrim working somewhat properly, except for the bottom half of the screen being completely black, and the far background is showing nothing but clouds (as seen through the cell door of Alternate Start).

 

Two things come to mind when I think about this:

-Either the ENB installed incorrectly/.ini is improlperly configured

-My lighting mods are causing conflicts (they are supposed to work together)

 

These things considered, I have Realvision  ENB and CoT and ELFX. These are supposed to work together with Realvision, if I remember right.

 

Anyway, here is the obligatory screenshot.

Obvious thing would be to try without the ENB.

I do get that screen, and no errors are reported.

Right, so removing the ENB files fixed the interior of the Alternate Start cell, but the background beyond the cell door is still all clouds.
