Help Rigging a simple head gear.

Hey guys, i'm looking for someone to help me rig a headgear, it's a hood and i've never worked with hoods, i worked with helmets with no neck, but this time is different, i can't get it right, always clipping and streching, if anyone can help me out please let me know. thanks

did yu try to use blender and try to extract the object?

After yu can convert into nif aand try to adapt it a yur taste.
