SexLab Aroused Redux SSE Preventing game from launching

I really hate making forum posts like this, but I've tried anything I can think of to get the mod to run. I have installed LOOT, SSEEdit, and BOSS. (but it refuses to detect Skyrim Special Edition, despite the fact I have launched it, gotten to the main menu, and quit the game, as a few guides suggested.)

I have both Mod Organizer and Nexus Mod Manager Installed, and yes, I have what I believe to be the latest versions of SKSE, FNIS, SexLab Framework, and SkyUI.

If I disable SexLabArousedSSELoose-29 and all mods that depend upon it (Devious Devices Integration, Framework, and Expanion, Being a Cow, The Dungeon, and Treasure Hunter Whore) the game starts and runs fine. 

Can anyone offer any help or troubleshooting suggestions? If this isn't the right place for this sort of post, then I apologize and I'll gladly redo the post in the proper place.

Uh... why would you have LOOT *AND* BOSS?  (BOSS is badly out-dated)

 

Why would you be using NMM *AND* MO?  (They do the same thing in very different ways.  They shouldn't be used together.)

 

These things don't play well together.
