Guest Posted March 23, 2019 Posted March 23, 2019 Hello! So, I've seen many upload their sims, share, etc. BUT I wanted to know how? I want to try and begin to share myself.. I just don't know how or even where to start. Can someone help? Give me tips.. basically be my teacher for minute. I've always wanted to mod things.. just don't know how or have the resources but I can upload sims and show that I can make stories and such. It's time consuming but it's fun. Thank you deeply as well, I can't wait to do this when I can! ~
Guest Posted March 23, 2019 Posted March 23, 2019 If you wanna to upload a Sim, then you need to pack the TrayItems and all the packages you used to create it. Zip all together. Then go in the download section of Sims, and click on Upload File. Give it a name, upload your file. Credit the authors of the mods you used * MANDATORY Give it a description and upload some screenshot. You are done. In case you wanna upload just a package (maybe you retexured some items) then just upload it in the same way. As usual, a description and at least one screenshot should be done. In case you wanna add a set of screenshots with a story, then the best is to open a Blog, and post your pictures and the story inside.

Guest Posted March 26, 2019 Posted March 26, 2019 For some reason I can't use it, I'll take pictures on it later but it always says I can't locate files or just can't get the files for both thr tray and cc..

Just check out the preferences and direct it to the right folders if necessary, Just make sure that you have saved your most recent version of the sims you'd like to share to your library first, Then they will be visible when using the tray exporter tool
Guest Posted March 30, 2019 Posted March 30, 2019 I feel stupid. I have no idea what to do still. I deleted and basically cleaned my computer incase.. saving everything I need. Like cc and such.
