What does that even mean? Are you looking for mods that allow you to make anyone a follower? That allow you to create new followers in-game?  What kind of adult mods are you looking to incorporate?

The mod Make A Follower Kit. MAFKit 2018 Edition dont exist anymore on Nexus.
