I've had WW for like 3 years now, coupling with Noir's PornStar Cock v3. No issues. However as of a couple months ago-when my sims have active sex (any animation) the penis is always distorted in crazy directions. Yes, my WW files are updated, they always are. I even removed all Noir penis add-ons and added the latest one. 

 

If you have suggestions or solutions I'd greatly appreciate it because I tried ignoring it but I just'can't...it's a boner killer

Every time you update WW you have to use the WW body selector in game to choose the penis again.

And also when you update Noir's.

And don't forget to also pick the soft version in CAS.

 

And... don't use Better Bodies either.
