Rape starting when it shouldn't?

We'll need to know what mod you're using to start sex and how you know it's being flagged as rape.

Some animations depict rough sex, so they're interchangeable between consensual and nonconsensual.

I know because of rape sounds, debug console, and rape KO. I am using SexoutSex. And it didn't do this before.

 

It explicitly states I was raped in the console.

 

EDIT: Okay, now it's doing it for all kinds of sex.

Try doing a clean save without any Sexout mods and then seeing if the issue persists. There have been some difficulties recently with Sexout variables not being cleared properly.

Nope, didn't work. Might be some conflicts with the script of a quest I'm on. I'll try to finish it and then see if it works.
