Problem with load crash after installing mods...

Hello. I'd like to apologize ahead of time for being somewhat of a noob.
I've played a modded SSE game for a while now, getting all my mods the easy way through Nexus and using Vortex after my NMM stopped working. I never had any major issues using said method and used over 200 mods at any given time.
When I got bored however, I came across the Lab and decided to try a few mods just for fun, but after installing them I started getting numerous crashes when loading the game.

 

The ones I tried were:
Sex Lab Framework
Sex Lab Aroused [Redux]
Sex Lab Tools
Sex Lab Matchmaker
Creature Framework
More Nasty Critters
Horny Creatures
ZaZ Animation Pack
Billyys Animations Pack
SLAL_SE
Aether Suite
Eager NPCs
Random Sex

 

I even used the required mods:
SKSE64
SkyUI_SE
UI Extensions
JContainers
FNIS + Creature Pack

 

I followed the step-by-step instructions in MadMansGun's SL & MNC install guide. At first it'd get me to the menu but then crash when it started loading my game, so I couldn't even access the MCM menu.
I tried installing things like PapyrusUtil and FNIS XXL and made sure I wasn't using any custom skeletons. I could get to the menu at first but then nothing. Whenever I'd click on the loader I'd see a black box and then nothing happened.
I tried uninstalling all non-LoversLab mods to see if there were any issues. Nothing. I tried putting them all back through LOOT, and even into Vortex. I tried MadMansGun's load order AND LOOT's, but nothing worked. Vortex found no issues. FNIS worked fine.
I went as far as uninstalling the game and reinstalling it in a different folder and installing just the Lovers Lab mods without any use of my mod manager, once again following the MNC install guide, but in the times it actually allowed me to, when I'd go into "Mods" from the main menu to activate them it'd say it was going to reregister the mods right before it'd crash. Tried running FNIS again, everything registered, tried the loader, nothing.
Every time after that it won't even load the menu.

 

I'm sorry if I'm missing something really simple. I've reinstalled my game and just the Lab mods several times but I can't even get into the game anymore, and after an already temper-testing week, this was the last thing I wanted.

From your description it sounds as if you are trying to load too many animations. To confirm or refute this simply copy your FNIS output and paste it here. If you don't know what I mean: run FNIS. Then copy everything that FNIS publishes which should start with a description of your skeleton and end with the number of animations successfully loaded.

Just 2 quick notes:

The warning it gave me started when I used a folder besides Programs x86, but despite that I've still had attempts where I got to the main menu (the one changed from these mods)

Also, the most I've red was from a full modded game and it registered around 9,500 animations in total, which from what I read was still below the limit for FNIS XXL and I still managed to get to the main menu. Now though, I can't even go to the box where I can click "Play."

Not sure if this is your whole problem but it's definitely a problem, you should be using XPMSSE

I believe that SpyVsPie has the right of it. You are using the incorrect skeleton OR you have something in your load order which is overwriting your skeleton. The latter is not uncommon for users of MO but I don't have enough experience with Vortex to advise you on how likely that is to be the case for you. You are right that you do NOT have too many animations.

 

As for the warning. This is Fore's way of making nice with Steam. You MUST run your game through Steam at least once to get the "cookie" that says it is a "legal" product. While I don't endorse piracy in any form I do see this warning all the time since most people don't want to bother to do that.

I had XPMSSE installed on my first attempt, then tried with just the bare bones as was listed in the MNC guide and I got the same problem.

I tried reinstalling XPMSSE  just now and nothing happened.

 

I tried installing the game once more and running it through Steam without anything else installed and it obviously worked fine. I even had the game files verified through the game properties on Steam. I then moved all the files over to the game folder and ran FNIS with the same result, and when I tried through SKSE64 I got the 1-second black box again.

 

Also, I've been doing this without Vortex to avoid conflicts, and the load order I've tried both with LOOT's suggestion and MMG's guide.

I'm trying to avoid Vortex because not only is it record holding slow pace to do anything for me, but it also has occasional issues with me setting a load order, sometimes I can't even tell if my fixes go through or not. Unfortunately that's the last place my files were when they actually got me to the main menu and I tried everything while using it, so I just figured it to be interfering. I'm trying it all manually with just these mods to keep everything consistent just to get these to work. I don't mind starting another [almost] vanilla game. I've done most everything else until the next LOTD update.

That one second black box and then nothing sounds like what happens if you try to launch SE with an LE BSA installed. Are you sure all of the mods you installed were the SE versions?

I went through everything one more time, assuring I used every SE file and I was able to get into the game the first time with just the files loaded in. I had not run FNIS yet.

I got to the new menu screen and was able to get in-game, but SKYUI and UIExtensions somehow got deactivated. I exited to the main menu to reactivate them and tried going back into the game and it crashed again either right as it started loading or right after, most of the time gave me a black screen with sound (I tried ten times).

The weirdest thing now is, each time I go back in, SKYUI and UIExtensions once again become disabled and the game won't allow me to change my load order. I have no way of getting into the game to access the MCM menu or anything.

UPDATE:

 

Despite how much I hate Vortex, I moved all the data back there to fix load order and to keep SKYUI and UIEx active, and finally got into a stable game, but when I get in-game still nothing happens. The only noticeable changes were the loading screens (one every few I get dragon animations) all the animals have schlongs (no female, and none aroused), and I get the options for self and target irresistibly attractive and debug, which I can't use because nothing else loads.

 

When I bring up the console it says the following:

Nothing else ever loads, even if I leave it go.

 

I made sure all (except Matchmaker) were SSE files, SKYUI and UIEx were active, ran FNIS XXL with no issues, and I used both MMG's and LOOT's orders and a few in between, but still nothing works, and SexLab doesn't even install outside that listed above.

 

I'm just curious whether or not I'm just missing an unlisted mod or plugin or if something is corrupted.
