Just a little note.

I don't know if this is due to this plugin but in some situations (normally when a lot of scripts are running together) the restore of the prompt - name after the sex takes some times (up to ten seconds). I didn't noticed this light issue before.

Controls are re-enabled when SexLab sends the "AnimationEnd" event.

After that your crosshair needs to retarget an object for it to show again.

Released version 2.

Besides the changes that I did to the test version, the following things were changed:

  • Improved code.
  • Further improved logging.
  • Added support for a configuration file. As of right now, only the key "DisablePlayerControls" is used.

DisablePlayerControls: no/yes

Default: yes

Released version 2.1.

Mostly focusing on adding two new configuration options to better allow users to control the plugin.

Released version 2.1.1.

Probably the final version unless something new comes to light.

Note for those using Mod Organizer:

As of version 2.1.1, it will create a default configuration file if a previous one didn't exist. The cfg will be in your overwrite folder.

Move it to the same place as the DLL or, create a new mod from the overwrite folder or, if you don't care for Mod Organizer's warning on an overwrite folder with files, leave it there.

Could you please write the version number into the zip file name as well? It helps us seeing if you uploaded a new version or just edited your 1st post for some reason.

Thanks,

M

I'll probably not update the plugin again, but everytime I do, I follow it with a post in here to detail any extra information on the update. If the mod got "updated" but didn't have a post from me matching its "update" date, you can safely assume I just updated the information and not the files themselves (I also make sure to delete the old files).

I just alt-tab out of sex to thank you for this, THANK YOU.

I have been using Sexlab Miscellaneous Features for years and yours works without added .esp.

Thanks for sharing.

SexLab Miscellaneous Features is the reason I actually developed this plugin, as it turned out to be useless to me because it doesn't do it properly. It just calls Debug.ToggleMenus(), which in turn hides every single part of the UI, including but not limited to SexLab Tools menus, Apropos messages, console, etc.

How did you alt-tab Skyrim without freezing/crashing? I simply cannot do that on Skyrim LE without freezing the game :D.

You can do that with Immersive First Person View, even if you don't care to actually use IFPV.

I use it to change the third person camera during a SexLab animation aswell as the FOV for both 3rd and 1st person cameras.

Hey, how? What line do I need to alter for ifp to remove crosshairs during a scene. I can do the things you mention hear, but it dosent effect the cross hair or action interface for me. This plugin seems to only work 50% of the time sooo yeah i'd love for ifp to do it.

Neither this plugin nor IFPV will hide your crosshair, you can use a mod like Immersive HUD for that purpose.

The post you quoted is about changing the FOV during a SexLab's scene.

I might add a hide crosshair feature to it if I get enough free time to do so.
