SL texture replacement technique or Mods

this is one question related with the main framework textures. 

Anyone knows how to edit of the texutres under 

SexLabFrameworkV162\textures\SexLab\*.dds

 

I'm not Photoshop master ,I'd like to duplicate patterns in it but they got alpha channels that pretty hard to duplicate.

and is there related texture replacer mod on these textures ?
