Rumias_Rainbow_Soda Posted February 7, 2019 Posted February 7, 2019 I never had this problem in the past, it's worked for me before, but seeing as how I have a new computer and a new install of Sims 4, I can't get WickedWhims to work and I'm about ready to drive my head through a wall or give up, ANY animation I choose, I'm greeted with an error like this.I have the latest update of Sims 4 I'm up to date with WickedWhimsThis is what my mods folder looks like And these are the only files in the WickedWhimsMods folder I've deleted the Resource.cfg, cache and localthumbcache.package and it didn't work, none of the fixes I've found in the forums have worked and I don't understand, any help would be appreciatedHere's my WW Log if necessary
Dorabella Posted February 7, 2019 Posted February 7, 2019 You're missing animations . You will need a separate folder for animations to put in the mods. Inside you will make three more subfolders named respectively: skin, wh, whoo. In the skins will be the files related to body changes. In the wh will be the animations In the whoo the accessories will go https://wickedwhimsmod.com/download

Mods/Animations Mods/Wicked Mods/Body etc., etc.

Try removing the Mods folder to desktop. Delete the WickedSave folder in Sims 4/saves. Delete the localthumbscache only. Load game, go in to the EA game settings and check the Mods & Scripts enabled boxes. If the boxes are checked already, you may need to un-check them and save game, exit, load and re-check them again, then save, exit. Check to see if the new Mods folder was recreated with the Resource.cfg file inside, (the ritual above should create a new mods folder & resource.cfg). Now you can copy the contents of your old Mods folder in to the new one in the TS4 folder. Make sure it doesn't have a buggered resource.cfg file inside it first tho, as you don't want to overwrite the new one. Folder structure: Mods/Animations Mods/Wicked Mods/Body Mods/Hair Female etc. You can also just dump all the animation files right in with Wicked too.

Same experience in my original post, even after doing the aforementioned ritual, nothing is working but WW is saying the animations are loaded.

Unless the WW files are corrupted, I haven't a clue, other than trying a fresh WW download from LL. Your not running a Mac by chance are you?
Rumias_Rainbow_Soda Posted February 8, 2019 Author Posted February 8, 2019 I'm using Windows, I'm reinstalling Sims 4 to see if that will help.
Rumias_Rainbow_Soda Posted February 8, 2019 Author Posted February 8, 2019 Fresh, clean install of TS4 didn't work either.

Have you tried anything with WW Autonomous set to ON, i.e., testing if auto sex works. Maybe something in WW settings. Try these: (not up to date with latest WW version tho). WW Settings Help.txt

WW Settings Help.txt Either had a bad install of WW or my save was broken, but it now works, thank you for the help
