mod Assign random armors to random NPCS

Is there a mod that will take inventory of all my installed armors and then randomly assigns these armors to random npcs automaticly throughout the game  ?

 

 

i see this guy made a post about 6 years ago , am hope things has changed since then and someone did make this mod
