Blocky Textures

I have tried everything to try and make textures more clear. Its not the enb because I tested it without the enb and it still does it. I have turned off the in game anti-analysing (TXAA) and now use the one from my nvidia control panel instead. I have disabled DoF in enb and skyrim.ini files. I also use the no more radical blur mod. I have tons of HD mods and I have also tested it without them but I still get blocky textures.

 

Has anybody else had the same issue? I never had this issue in Skyrim LE. Any help would be much appreciated.

is it visible all the time or only in certain locations?

Is is visible in all locations all the time. Fix the image.

To post an image on LL (fortunately you already have .jpg image and that will save me a LOT of typing). Open the folder that contains the image while you are also here in LoversLab (LL). Then "grab" the image and "drag" it onto the conveniently located "paperclip" in the area below which you type. After a few seconds you will see a miniature of the picture below the area in which you type. When you have the cursor where you want your picture to appear (usually at the end) hit the "+" icon that can be seen on the miniature and your image will appear. Simply hit "Submit Reply" and the whole thing, text and image, will appear for the rest of us to view.
