labbie Posted January 30, 2019 Posted January 30, 2019 Hello This is my first so apologies if I do something wrong. I seek help as I have used several hours trying to get the creature animations to work, but no luck. I have deleted and downloaded sexlab and creatureframework multiple times and used every register button on the MCN menu in game. Normal sex animations with NPCs work normally. With creatures they just stand there when PC acts her animations alone. I am using MOO and have ran FNIS after each change. No errors or warnings. Would somebody aid me in finding the problem? I have organized mods with LOOT. Sexlab support you are my last hope! Thanks in advance! Included screencap of the game console messages after initiating animation with a dog and list of mods and Fnis messages. I hope somebody notices what is wrong..

If you did I didn't see it. And, before you ask, it is found in the same place you found FNIS itself. The creature files and spells are listed as "optional" but are needed by other mods frequently. Do yourself a favor and download both.
MadMansGun Posted January 30, 2019 Posted January 30, 2019 i agree, it looks like the FNIS creature pack is missing. Quote 5. make sure you have "Allow Creature Animation" checked in SexLab's MCM settings. 6. turn off "Match Creature Gender" in sexlab's MCM settings, if this setting is enabled some animations won't play. 7. did you forget to install the FNIS Creature Pack? install it and rerun the GenerateFNISforUsers.exe, then do steps 5 & 8 8. you may need to reload the animations, go to the Animation Loader's MCM and then: 8.1. click on the "Disable All" button. 8.2. click on "Rebuild Animation Registry", then Wait for the message to pop up*. 8.3. click on "Reload JSON". 8.4. click on "Enable All". 8.5. click on "Count Animations" and make sure nothing is over 650, turn off some animations if they are. 8.6. click on "Register Animations", then Wait for the message to pop up*. *if you like you can press "~" on your keyboard to open the console so you can watch it Register everything, just make sure you close it before you try to click on anything.
labbie Posted January 30, 2019 Author Posted January 30, 2019 Good news! You guys are the best and the lack of FNIS creature pack was the problem. I cannot understand how did I miss it. I just thought that there would be everything needed in framework and ZaZ creature pack! As you know your shit! One more question! I have Defeat mod installed and plenty of the time when my HPs drop to zero the PC goes into crouch (wounded) state and never recovers from it. I need to load a previous save to continue. Thanks in advance!

Thanks in advance! While I was happy to help with your general question let me suggest that you take your new question to the mod's support thread. There are two reasons for this. First, I don't play with Defeat and would hesitate to give you an answer based on secondhand knowledge. Second, it's a good thing for you to know (how to use support threads) and get into the habit of doing. SO, since you're new to LoversLab (LL) let me walk you through how to do that. Go to the page where you downloaded the mod in question (I know it's Defeat but these directions can be used for any LL mod for your future reference). Just below the green "Download" button there is a gray "Get Support" button. Click on this and you will find yourself on the support thread where there will be scores of pages. You can look through those if you like and probably find your answer. Or, at the bottom of any page, you will find a box to post in just like there are in this thread. Put your question in the box, hit "Submit Reply" and wait for someone (who is following that mod) to answer your query. Your question will have been added at the end of the list (no matter what page you were on when you typed it). So, if you are looking for an answer, look at the end of the thread. Before I let you go let me say I take my thanks in "likes" (I can't speak for MadMansGun). That is the green thumbs up symbol found in the bottom right hand corner of every post. It is grayed out until you scroll over it and click it. By the way, you can "like" mods too (like More Nasty Critters or Defeat). Go to that same page where you downloaded the mod and go to the bottom right hand corner and like it in the manner I've already described. This shows your appreciation to the author and serves as a recommendation for anyone else considering using the mod.
