Kapricashade634 Posted January 30, 2019 Posted January 30, 2019 Sims 4 animations are they still free or do we need to pay money at patreon was just asking sorry for the bother (Skyrim Skyrim SE and FO4 All free)?
Guest Posted January 30, 2019 Posted January 30, 2019 Usually you can get them free from this site. Patreon people gets new animations sooner. But after a month or two they are released for free. Patreon is to support people working on stuff that we enjoy. But as policy we require that after a while the work is released for free.

You should mention that to Oniki Kay on her mod KW for sims 3, as she has not released a public release in over a year......
Guest Posted January 30, 2019 Posted January 30, 2019 Of course not all people producing stuff will produce stuff forever. In case a modder will stop modding you can always stop the patreon support. If you are starting, the worst case (somebody no more updating) will be to just pay for a single month. That usually it is just a few dollars.

That's a reasonable policy. How much does one patreon member typically contribute for something like this I wonder......and what level of quality and frequency of updates do they expect? I'm surprised someone would wait even a year for an update or some kind of new content.
