sexlab did not appear in mod configuration

i tried to install sexlab framework for skyrim special edition  while at the same time fulfilling it requirement by installing skse, skui and fnis the problem is sexlab did not appear in mod configuration for the final step and before anyone ask i had done the fnis animation update step and i use vortex to install all my mod and did not encounter any problem before installing sexlab framework

Does FNIS read sexlab? Post your report, that would show any installation problems. 

Otherwise, did you try it with a new game? A mod which allows to skip the vanilla intro is highly recommended if you do, because not only it saves a lot of time but also the intro is quite buggy and doesn't like mods at all.

And only a new game will guarantee that everything works right, in old saves scripts can be broken. At least to figure out if that's the case starting a new game is highly recommended, if that works you can go back to your main save and try to get it working there.

 when i adding new animation for sex lab do i need to restart in new game or i just continue using that save game

If you can somehow add an animation WITHOUT adding a mod or by adding a mod only at the end of your current load order then you can do it with a saved game. For practical purposes this means that you will need to start a new game whenever you add animations. Whenever you change your load order you should run LOOT and FNIS (correcting errors as needed) and start a new game.
