Aart_Coin Posted January 21, 2019 Posted January 21, 2019 Hello guys, I've got a strange strange neck seam issue. I installed Bodyslide and chose the UUNP body, and got this problem - the head looked kinda pulled a little backwards regarding to the body, witch caused a really ugly gap, as you can see on the screenshots. I tried a lot of things to fix it - TextBlend, reinstalling Bodyslide, reinstalling XPMSE and etc. But nothing changed. I even tried to return to unp, but even then the seam didn't go away. I have these mods that affect the body meshes\textures installed: XPMSE (I tried swiching to XPMS, but in didn't work) HDT Phisics Realistic Ragdolls and Force BodySlide & Outfit Studio (UUNP Body) Fair Skin Complection Enchanced Female Head Mesh - Vanilla And Citrus (I tried uninstalling it, didn't fix the problem) So...any ideas on whats wrong? P.S. sorry for my english, I am russian ? ScreenShot1.bmp ScreenShot2.bmp ScreenShot3.bmp ScreenShot0.bmp
Grey Cloud Posted January 22, 2019 Posted January 22, 2019 A word of advice, if you save the screenshots as .jpg you can drag them directly here to the paperclip in the bottom left there. From what I can tell from the images it looks as if you have import a head onto the body and that the head came from a body that was a different weight than the body you are importing to. There are a number of ways to fix this and hopefully someone will jump in with one. I have a clue. Nothing wrong with your English BTW

And then installed the original Dimon99's UNP body, that should be comapatible with the Bethesda's seam lines. The seam got a little less noticable, but there is still a big gap if I look at my character from different angles. This doesn't make sence, cuz before I moved to UUNP I had only texture seams, that are easily fixed. But after the instalation of Bodyslide, everything got хуёво.

Sorry, but BodySlide and / or UUNP didn't cause your problem, otherwise everyone would have the same issue. I would reinstall BodySlide and it's Body Morphs because it isn't the problem. " Well, I tried to delete the female head..." You tried to delete? I've attached a default femalehead.nif file. That belongs in "Data\meshes\actors\character\character assets". Try that out and see what happens . And I don't want to contradict Grey Cloud, but I don't believe the head / neck diameter is affected by body weight. Also, if you are using XPSME (don't use XPMS), I believe "ragdolls" is included with that, so you don't need the mod. femalehead.nif

Maybe the seam is caused by another mod, but I can't say for sure when did it appear. I could uninstall all my mods and try to find the one that is causing the problem, but that will take a freaking decade. Is there anything else that could make this seam?

If you tried the default head and built your body using BodySlide, your issue simply cannot happen - assuming using default character paths. Therefore, it must be caused by some mod. You needn't uninstall ALL your mods - obviously only certain ones would / might affect your PC. The mods listed above would not do what's causing your issue, although I don't know anything about Enhanced Female Head Mesh. Did you reinstall XPSME (never let anything overwrite the skeleton.nif file - even SOS) ? "...before I moved to UUNP I had only texture seams ". The UUNP aspect is irrelevent as you shouldn't have any noticeable seams using a decent skin texture. I do notice a color difference between the head vs body texture, but Fair Skin is pretty commonly used. You might want to check out Leyenda Skin 4.0 just for grins. Wish I could be more help, but as I said, a default head, a BodySlide body and XPSME skeleton wouldn't cause your problem. If it did, we'd all have that problem.
