Recently got myself an extre very new SSD Drive to reinstall Skyrim and start from scratch, whilst keeping my old modded game on the old drive. Unsurprisingly no mods show up when I start the "virgin" game from the new drive. but - and this is my issue- it gives during the loading process a skse version. This confuses me. how can I check if the new install is accessing the skse from the old install (old drive) or any explanation why skse runs on the new drive without me having installed it? Thank you for any advice.
