Which animations are working, which aren't? Please give the output of FNIS (as requested by davisev above). This is what FNIS produces when you run it. It should begin with information about your skeleton and end with how many animations were successfully loaded. Simply copy the entire log and paste it here. Finally, when you are posting a wall of text (like a load order) please post it in a spoiler. Doing so helps improve the thread's performance.
