Hdt pe werewolf body hair

I would love a good hdt pe body hair for all beast races including werewolves. 

Any links to tutorials were I can make it even but only with free tools not 3dmax or other tools I do not have. All so a tutorial on setting up blender for exporting nifs .

That looks sick . To bad nothing for blender as both Maya and 3dmax are not free any more in less I missed some new way of getting eather program for free.
