Nice, I also wanted to do something similar. I used the whole body with head ect, coped the weight but what appeared in the game looked like a creature from The Thing rather than a human, so for now I left only the hands.

The weight of the mesh is kinda tricky to work with, in my experience at least. I came across this idea when I am experimenting the face meshes. I wanted something that would cover the whole body, including the face, but they kinda worked differently.

Is there a tutorial for how to make weight? Still don't know how to apply them correctly. I'm doing a mod for Helena but I can't set the weight on the breasts right
