Sorry for the late reply, I'm using the 4K Realistic mod found here!
 

 

If you're specifically wondering about the tan, I gave Momiji her Sea Breeze outfit, tanned her all the way out and then gave her the white lace bikini for the nude (you'll find instructions included with the mod).
