Thanks for the help, turned it this was already up to date but in the process discovered another mod that hasn't been updated recently and thought I had already removed from my mods folder was still there. This turned out to be the issue instead.

Think it was one of the "prostitute career" styled ones that haven't been updated in ages, I can't remember which one. I was sure I had removed it but was still there, removed it and everything was fine.

It was one of the prostitute career mods but I can't remember which one, but it hadn't been updated in a long time and no signs of being updated so had intended removing but for whatever reason turned out it was still there.
