Really really hard to see anything in a thumblina picture but it looks like the top is from nisetanaka's banded iron bikini v2. https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/69631

You can mash something up that's pretty similar to that. It's really hard to see what exactly that is but if you're trying to get a Conanesque barbarian armor try mixing some pieces from the above link and dragonbone barbarian: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/52711/ or H2125's Fantasy mod: http://mitakusaner.blog.fc2.com/blog-entry-2693.html
