Name of mod that let you become a Orc "pet"

I vaguely recall the Markarth female orc blacksmith "testing" my PC via sex before granting her Blood-Kin status with the orcs on condition that she be the "play thing" for them.   What mod was that part of?  I'm trying to remember.

Surprised there are not a lot more mods like this, fits the them of Skyrim and the site so well.
