Yes there is.  Look in the MCM menu.

i cant find it. just so u know, im not talking about facial expressions in general im talking about how during oral sex the one doing the actions mouth remains open regardless of the settings i use and has squinted eyes

Don't you suppose that would have been information that you should have added to your original post?  Not trying to anger you or anything here but my advice is that you end up taking longer to get help when you frame your question poorly and don't provide pertinent information.  You'd have done much better by saying what you didn't like and that you have already tried the "Apply Facial Expressions" MCM menu item on the "Animations Settings" tab for Sexlab.  Try to keep that in mind for future questions since it will help you get a usable answer more quickly and hopefully be less frustrating.

 

Since it's the expression you don't like, look for the "Facial Expressions Project" mod here and see if you can't get an expression you'd like.
