Breast Augmentation mod

I loved the Breast Augmentation mod. Even though it was INSANE, it worked well for me. Ever since the huge patch a couple weeks ago, it stopped working for me. I've tried so many mods and none of them come close. Any recommendations?

While it doesn't give you the insane breast sizes, it does enlarge the breasts nonetheless to a certain degree where it still looks massive but not comical-looking. Yes, it works after Get Famous. Just be sure to follow directions and remove old breast augmenting CC to avoid conflicts.
