(Help) Can't Get Skyrim to Load

So I have been trying for the past several days to figure out why Skyrim freezes on the opening screen (doesn't even load the menu), I have tried as best I can to troubleshoot it, but I can not figure out for the life of me what is going wrong. LOOT says there are no issues, but everyone knows that LOOT can only do so much.

 

My load order is attached. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

CTD before the logo usually means you're missing a master file. Check all the ESPs/ESMs are activated, and try sorting your load order using something like tes5edit.

It doesn't CTD, it just freezes on the main logo. After it gets there, nothing moves.

last time I had that Issue it was from a patch that wasnt up to date anymore

 

(Sexy bandit captives + KS hairpatch = freeze on main logo)

 

seeing that you have tons of patches there is a good chance that one of those is bad

only way to find out is to remove the last mods you installed

unless you never tried that load order before

Finally got it to work, found out it was a conflict between RSChildren and ETaC. Now, it's just trying to find out why it crashes everytime I enter an exterior area.
