What female body mod is this?

I'm trying to use asdasfa's T3FBBR BnB Body Replacer + Rough Outfit Conversions here. 

But the body replacer, and the old Beware of Girl Type3 mod and the nexus-based Bouncing Natural Breast, is being overwritten by this body mod that I do not recognize. I'm using Mod Organizer 2 and I have made sure that  T3FBBR BnB Body Replacer is at the bottom of the mod list overriding everything else, but it still won't stick. The body only shows this mod, whatever it is.

It's one unique notable feature is a tattoo of a bird on the nape of the neck. 

 

Does anyone of you folks know what mod it is? It'll go a long way for me in debugging my mod loadout of FNV

Need your mod list. BTW, with BodySlide you can make any damn shape body you want- with any textures by simply replacing them in your game folder or just pointing the nif to them in Outfit Studio. I made a type 3 Cali conversion in BodySlide and posted it on Nexus.

I wasn't aware that there was a Bodyslide for Fallout New Vegas. Do you have a link for it or some sort of tutorial?
