Pregnancy and Lactation? or maybe we can mod it into it? - will the game be moddable?

Yes, pregnancy for my character would be a must.  If you're going to make a game called "Real Life," I think you should probably consider implementing a fertility cycle, properly.  Follicular phase, Ovulation phase, Luteal phase, Menstrual phase, with variable chances for pregnancy, preferably realistic ones.  If you want to understand proper coding for fertility rates, reach out to those who've done the best math, based upon real life factors, like the creators of Accidental Woman, and so forth.

 

Introduction of real consequences for sexual actions would be fantastic, and pregnancy is the number one feature of any adult game that I - and many of the most ardent adult gamers - look for in my games.

 

Unless that becomes a feature at some point in the future, I will be sidelining this game.  I considered subscribing on Patreon, but without pregnancy, childbirth, and a system to mother them included, it's just any other game like this....  and trust me, there are plenty.
