Can guard spawning on player be disabled?

I like to play Skyrim with a high bounty in all holds to add a layer of challenge. But since I've stopped using PERMA, trying to do this results in the game spawning a guard behind you and forcing dialogue frequently when moving close to a city. I assume PERMA was somehow suppressing this behavior.

Does anyone know of a mod or script that will turn this back off again without having to use PERMA?

lol, strange, when you play in Skyrim as criminals, then you should be treated as a criminal.

and it is completely correct if you have a bounty then the guards should hunt you. ?

Let us say you were driving, you took an illegal turn then a cop randomly appeared in your back seat. If that happened wouldn't you question it?

I'm not entirely aware of guards randomly spawning since I generally keep a low profile. I might just have to try getting a high bounty just to see what happens.

Maybe they spawn beyond your rendering distance so you didn't notice them. It can also happen when your game is laggy as shit, so all the spawns are delayed. It often happens to me while sprinting from Whiterun to Rorikstead. I see a giant or a noble on a horse appearing right in front of me out of nowhere.

If you see them coming then you can stop the forced dialogue by attacking them first from a distance.

No, he's obviously the Batman.

LOL, I always have a total bounty (head money) from over 20000 Septim and no guard chases me, but for this many murderers of the dark brotherhood.
Now you are asking yourself as going that! ?
in the game one meets randomly two nobles (male and female) with a guard, they want to go to the wedding after Solitude, first kill the two noble, 2000 Septim (head money) then the guard, no witnesses.
and there are many such possibilities his bounty to increase, Markarth, is ringing there something???? ?

I will not tell everything, you have a head to think about. :classic_tongue:

No, it's happened enough that I was able to catch the game doing it and replicate it via saves. I don't know if it happens near every city but Solitude is the most common place I noticed it followed by Markarth. It will also happen even if the character is invisible and muffled and in sneak mode.

You can also check if your character is detected because you cannot attempt to rest while being pursued by a guard.

When it happens in Markarth it's often not around other guards so it's not that big a hassle, just kill him and move on. Solitude spawns tend to happen within alert range of other guards so it will require you to wait a bunch of ingame days or else everyone in the city will try to murder you. Gets old fast when you're trying to get quests done. Repeatedly surrendering and then breaking out is more doable but still not very fun.
