Help me, I can't move.

Hello, there,

i started a new game, of course with a lot of mods to load.

My problem is, after choosing the Vanilla Start option in the mod 'alternative start', I get to Helgen normally. After I was supposed to be decapitated, but this was interrupted by the dragon, I can't move. The NPCs run around fighting the dragon, but my char just stands around and can't move.

Please can someone tell me why?

the vanilla start is highly incompatible with a heavy modded game (especially if the furniture got replaced, other mods might break the scripted vanilla quest start)

best to start with another LAL option

 

 

btw: how did you sloved your issues with missing quest options on the LAL mara statue?

The vanilla scene is veeery fragile. From your description, it hasn't had the computing time to finish properly... maybe you already suffer from stack dumps.

Anyway, player control has not been given back to you, so technicallly you are still stuck in an unfinished scene, even though the story-telling part of it "feels" completed for you.

 

You can enforce the player control with the console "epc" = enable player control command. .. it has a few parameters if I remember right ?.

But if I were you, I would lower my load for this LAL start or chose a less fragile one.
