I'm thinking perhaps to encourage more animations for Fallout 4 perhaps there should be some kind of fundraiser (on an adult friendly crowdfunding service).

 

I'd like to see Fallout 4 animation counts more like what's available for Skyrim.

That'll take years all those animations for skyrim didn't just happen in a day a month or even a year it took many years to get the amount of animations that there is right now for skyrim.

There are several animators from Skyrim working on animations for FO4 right now and several other animators who are "new" to the scene.  Most of them can be found on the AAF discord, sharing ideas and early builds.  Like myuhinny suggests, it will take time, but it's coming along well.
