i look into it, but i use NMM i perfer it over MO, but from what i can see that how i have it set up,   odd thing is, some item show up normal other dont,

First thing i'd make sure is that you absolutely installed or extracted DD files correctly. It should have a FOMOD installer that does it the right way, but since you are using an ancient mod launcher (NMM) it might not work properly. In the zip or 7z archives may be CORE, CBBE AND UUNP folders. You need all files from CORE + either CBBE or UUNP, not both. They'll go into skyrim\data\meshes\  and so on. Make sure not to have meshes\meshes\ or other mess-ups.
