Mods being reinstalled on load and messed up face

Hey Guys, 

 

I had this issue pop up in my skyrim where when i load my last save, it says that there is missing content. I didn't uninstall any mods or change anything though. Then when i load in, my mods are all uninstalled in the MCM and my characters face is messed up. I thought it was an issue with the save so i made a new save that worked for a few days but the issue just repeated itself. 

Any ideas what to do? 

I've attached a screenshot of how my char's face looks like. I need to change race to get the face to work again, If that helps.

Evidently you have a corrupted save. You can try cleaning it (with ReSaver for instance) but you are likely best served by starting a new game.

Are you using Mod Organizer? This had happened to me when I install too many mods. To fix it, I have to uninstall mods. I think this is because some limit with the number of mods you can have installed in Mod Organizer.
