Every figure stand has a custom base, tailored to each picture I took, so that the edges have the same distance. Otherwise there is no option to simply add your own pictures. 2

I followed the steps in order, but I can't find the d3d11.dll, and d3dcompiler_47.dll Where do those come from? I've also got a folder called Shadercache, which I don't see in your picture. is that not supposed to be there?

You have a 5GB daily limit with MEGA. The AIO Pack isnt even 600MB. Just download it as the first thing tomorrow and you will be fine. Trying to find a different hoster to upload will take longer for me to do than it will be for you to wait a couple hours for the reset.

Simple rewrite I very highly doubt he downloaded a d3dx file that isn't an ini. Chances are he simply doesn't have extensions shown by default. You can also just right click > properties on the file, it'll show the full name and file type.
