Is there a house building/harem mod?

Sort of like a combination of "build your own estate" from ground up, integrated with mods like Flower girls/Amorous adventures when you reach lover level with npcs, you can send them to your estate to work/live with you ( like Bathing beauties). Non slavery oriented, preferably.

The manipulator has mechanics for creating a 50 member harem. But you must supply their home/castle as the home of the harem.

If you know how to use it, you can make almost anyone your follower and set their residence anywhere. (Seriously anywhere!) For house building, there's the Hearthfire DLC and a plethora of house building mods on the Nexus.

 

Of course the setting of residence is linked to follower status and not lover status. Then again, what are followers but friends with benefits?
